My saber won't power on

Nine times out of ten the battery just needs a charge — plug it in for a couple of hours and try again. If it's freshly charged, make sure the kill-key (the small pin in the charge port) is fully removed, and that the blade is seated firmly in the emitter. Still nothing? Reach out and we'll sort it.

Can I change the blade color?

Yes. Every pixel and Proffie core lets you cycle the full spectrum — just hold or tap the main button (the exact combo is in your quick-start card). Your launch color is chosen at checkout, but you're never locked into it.

The blade feels loose in the hilt

There's a small retention screw at the base of the emitter. Back it off slightly, slide the blade all the way in, then snug the screw back down against the blade. Hand-tight is plenty — no tools required.

There's no sound coming from my saber

Check the volume first — a quick button combo cycles mute / low / high (see your quick-start card). If it's still silent after a full charge, the speaker connection may have shaken loose in transit; contact us and we'll get you a fix or replacement under warranty.

How long does shipping take?

We ship worldwide. Because each saber is built and dispatched from overseas, delivery typically lands within about 12–19 days. You'll get tracking as soon as your order leaves the workshop.

What does the warranty cover?

Every saber includes a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, with replacement support for any quality issues. Normal wear from hard dueling isn't covered, but we'll always help you get back in fighting shape.
