Forged Sabers hilts are CNC-machined from aircraft-grade aluminum — elegant to look at and built to take a hit. Our line splits into three categories:

  • Replica Sabers: screen-inspired silhouettes, recreated as original Forged Sabers designs.
  • Custom Sabers: our own modern shapes — clean, distinctive, and entirely our own.
  • Padawan Sabers: lighter, simpler builds made for first blades and easy training.

Blades

  • Blade Sizes: choose from 82 cm (standard) or 92 cm (long).
  • Polycarbonate Blade: thick-walled and rated for real, repeated dueling.
  • In-Hilt RGB: a single bright source at the base — cycle preset colors at standard brightness.
  • Pixel Blades (SN-Pixel V4 & Proffie): per-pixel LEDs the full length of the blade for even, vivid color and detailed effects.
